Achievements

Over the past several years Dynamic Campus has successfully served a wide variety of institutions across the country. Each client engagement was unique and Dynamic Campus tailored the activities and goals to meet the exact needs of the institution. Following are some examples of recent client engagements.

University of Florida's College of Education recently selected Dynamic Campus for a website restructuring partnership to create a seamless rebranding and redesign of the current website with an improved look, layout, and usability. Additionally, Dynamic Campus will enhance and extend the web marketing and public information to today’s social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter and LInkedIn.


With the recent name change of Columbia Union College to Washington Adventist University, Dynamic Campus was given the opportunity to rebrand the university's web presence as well as implement as more user-friendly content management system (CMS). Dynamic Campus is also migrating all content, implementing web workflow, and training content owners on the use of the new CMS.


After many years of complete outsourcing of technology, the State College of Florida opted to move forward with Dynamic Campus to assist them as part of their IT reorganization efforts. Dynamic Campus is augmenting staff in strategic business and technology areas of Banner™, database administration, Luminis portal, Web site and content management redesign, social media integration, and network services.


Due to its vendor neutral status and proven experience, Dynamic Campus was engaged by the California Foundation for Community Colleges, a non-profit organization representing the interests of all 108 community colleges in California, to develop a state wide RFP for the acquisition of software and systems aimed at meeting the administrative, financial, human resources and payroll and purchasing needs of the community colleges in California.


The WILM Consortium in Wisconsin sought our services to manage its complex data center, provide 24x7 help desk support services, maintain its Peoplesoft™ administrative computing system and assume the CIO leadership responsibilities. The consortium is comprised of three technical colleges (Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, Mid-State Technical College, Lakeshore Technical College) geographically dispersed throughout the State of Wisconsin. Our CIO leadership role encompasses all three institutions. That individual is responsible for creating a strategic plan to maintain WILM’s leading edge role within the state.


Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa found that its installation of the administrative solution needed a boost. On short notice we provided the needed expertise to manage the project and put the implementation back on the tracks. We anticipate working with them to wrap up all loose ends and ensure full utilization of the Colleague product.


Southwest Texas Junior College in Uvalde, Texas wasn’t receiving the full value from its investment in their administrative solution. Leveraging our unique combination of technical and business skills, our team positively impacted the overall usage and satisfaction of the solution within a short period of time. Providing technology leadership is the next objective for the college as they seek to take the institution to the next operational level.


The development of a technology plan to upgrade computer systems and create a converged communications infrastructure for the City College of San Francisco was recently completed. City College is part of the City and County of San Francisco, has ten campuses geographically dispersed over San Francisco County and serves more than 105,000 students each year. Dynamic Campus consulted on plan development, helped define the goals, strategies and solutions, assisted in the acquisition of products and services including new Banner applications and network servers, a voice-over-internet-protocol telephone system, a private fiber optic network connecting covering the county locations and is helping the client reorganize the information technology services department to support new applications, services and train an expanded client base.


Melting into the fabric of the campus IT team and providing some additional resources is the essence of our objectives at Northcentral Technical College in Wisconsin. The IT to-do list was growing and Northcentral needed more hands on deck to stay ahead of the ever increasing demand for expanding the current capabilities of various technology solutions including the administrative solution, web services, executive reporting, data warehousing and learning management solutions. This multi-year partnership ensures the college will keep pace with the student, faculty and administration demands.


One of our most unique services is contract negotiation. Recently, Dynamic Campus was able to help Jacksonville University realize a significant savings on its new administrative solution. Not only was Dynamic Campus able to achieve an aggressive dollar savings, but a valuable negotiation and modification of terms and conditions within the contract was achieved to protect the interest of Jacksonville University.


Westmont College leveraged the rich background and skills of the Dynamic Campus team to assist with assessing the initial stages of its administrative solution implementation project. Westmont faced many challenges as a small private liberal arts college embarking on a major software transition and they retained us to ensure they started off on the right path.


Adler School of Professional Psychology outsources the entire operation of its administrative solutions to Dynamic which we manage remotely. At this college, our dedicated team of experts manages and performs all day-to-day activities, user support, maintenance and upgrades for the institutions which currently utilize the Datatel™ software as their back-office solution.


Lake Forest College engaged Dynamic Campus to assess the overall network infrastructure and resolve issues that were causing regular internet outages across campus. With mounting pressure from the student body, Lake Forest turned over the daily network management to Dynamic Campus to rectify many long-standing issues. During our engagement, our on-site team addressed the network issue by deploying wireless in some locations, updating cabling, and reconfiguring core network components to bring a higher level of network stability to the campus.


Dynamic Campus provided assistance to the University of Tampa with the implementation of its administrative solution from Jenzabar™. Following assisting the University of Tampa with the final contract negotiation with Jenzabar™, the University of Tampa hired Dynamic Campus to oversee and direct the administrative solution implementation project over a multi-year engagement.


The undergraduate colleges of The Claremont University Consortium (Pomona College, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Scripps College, Pitzer College) retained the services of Dynamic Campus to participate and guide the college’s technology decisions, assist with managing vendor relationships, negotiation strategies and oversee dispute resolutions, and develop a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for the administrative systems infrastructure that supports the five independent colleges.


Kalamazoo College and Lake Forest College engaged Dynamic Campus together to embark upon a unique project to share common technology services. The two campuses are about 200 miles apart, yet they combined their network, helpdesk, groupware, and desktop support operations to effectively lower the overall costs. Dynamic Campus provided the overall architectural plan, upgraded the network, procured a new groupware solution, located the equipment in the corporate data center, and directed all deployment activities.
