IT Leadership

Dynamic Campus’ leadership and management staff will ensure all prescribed service levels are met through discussion and review of metrics and reports from IT staff. Dynamic Campus’ leadership provides management oversight of all delivery and project management.

Tactical plans and project plans are implemented and utilized for the management of measured outcomes and resource planning. Plans are developed that specify scope, goals, objectives, and resources. Monthly reports are compiled to ensure compliance in meeting institutional goals and contractual obligations.

Dynamic Campus’ leadership will create and maintain a strategic technology focus characterized by developing IT products and services that meet the institution's needs, monitor changes in technology and related regulations/laws, and serve as an expert resource to IT staff and its constituents on topics and issues regarding technological innovation and developments.

Dynamic Campus will serve on or lead appropriate teams in order to research and/or develop technologies that increase effectiveness, and they will coordinate technology-based resources that support instruction and provide services to students, faculty, and staff.
