Mike Glubke has more than nineteen years of technical in-depth information technology related skills with approximately fifteen years experience in the higher education marketplace. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Western Michigan University, and has taught computer science courses at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
Currently, Mike is President & CEO of Dynamic Campus. He leads Dynamic Campus, which specializes in providing technology solutions in support of higher education. Mike provides hands-on leadership and guidance and sets corporate strategic direction.
Before becoming the President of Dynamic Campus, Mike was Vice President at Jenzabar, Inc. While at Jenzabar, he directed a team of 35 professionals responsible for providing enterprise administrative and e-learning software solutions to approximately 750 accounts across North America. Mike provided general leadership for a team of area vice presidents, regional managers, account executives, and product specialists engaged in helping clients select, implement and maintain web applications, ERP/administrative systems, and e-learning systems. He led the Sales and Marketing team in all activities including prospective client presentations and contract negotiations after orchestrating the consolidation of the team from the Jenzabar acquisitions of CMDS, Quodata, Campus America, and CARS Information Systems.
Tom Homan has more than thirty years experience in Higher Education and the private sector in the areas of information technology, administration, and finance. He has been both the chief information officer and chief financial officer of institutions of Higher Education. He has both an MBA and a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
Tom is the CFO for Dynamic Campus and is responsible for all human resources and financial operations. He creates and manages all payroll, budgets, and financials as well as administers all benefit programs. Prior to joining Dynamic Campus, Tom was President of WEBNet Technologies, LLC. He led WEBNet, which provided technical solutions for services to institutions of Higher Education and Business. Tom provided hands-on leadership and management for WEBNet Technologies and other services; managerial, strategic, security audits, hardware acquisition, setup and maintenance and personnel staffing.
Before WEBNet Technologies, Tom was a Start-Up Executive Director for Collegis. In this position, He was responsible for the first 90 to 120 days of start-up activity at new client sites. This position also assisted with the transition of permanent directors at various sites. Responsibilities included the evaluation of staff and the status of site projects, such as administrative applications, client networks, PC support services, and Help Desk support and computer operations. Tom was instrumental in identifying system and infrastructure weaknesses and being about their effective resolution.
Joe Redwine has 20 years combined experience in Business Development and Management, Operations Management, Program and Project Management, and Systems Engineering and Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma University.
Joe is the Executive Vice President of Dynamic Campus responsible for leadership and management of the Orlando, Fl-based company. Joe sets direction and provides oversight to the management team responsible for personnel, delivery, sales, and marketing within Dynamic Campus. Joe ensures contracts meet the defined needs of the institutions and that customer service and communication internally and externally are focused priorities for the Dynamic Campus team.
Joe holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Florida Air National Guard where he serves as the Director of Command and Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) advising the Chief of Staff and Commander of the Florida Air National Guard. He provides oversight of all C4 activities and serves as the Program Manager fulfilling the needs of unit commanders throughout the state. Prior to Dynamic Campus, Joe managed and led the Network and Infrastructure Operations for SunGard Higher Education Solutions. His responsibilities included the management of professional services staff for new and existing accounts, Corporate IT infrastructure and telecommunications, network operations management, and managed hosting services. He also managed the company’s Disaster Recovery and Security Planning activities.
Andrea Savas has over 25 years of business experience in management, customer service, technology support, and communications. She holds a BS in Vocational Education and Industry Training from the University of Central Florida and an AA from Valencia Community College.
Andrea is the Vice President of Professional Services responsible for all client delivery and contract management. Prior to joining Dynamic Campus, Andrea served as Director of Student Services for Rasmussen College Inc. Her responsibilities included management and oversight of the Online Student Services Team providing the delivery and support services for students in online education programs. Andrea developed and implemented student retention methodology and support services and provided student retention leadership for nine Rasmussen campuses. Her management responsibilities also included oversight of course administration and account management of the Course Management System.
Prior to Rasmussen College Inc, Andrea served as Director of User Services for Collegis. Her responsibilities included the management of remote and field level staff in support of Help Desk and User Services at Collegis partnered institutions. Other responsibilities included Help Desk System implementation and training, inventory control, quality and customer service programs, academic computing and lab management. Andrea also developed and deployed Collegis’ Central Help Desk service, providing 24/7/365 Technical Support to partnered institutions.
Ed O’Donnell has more than twenty-nine years of information systems experience within the higher education sphere. He holds a degree in Asian History from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and a degree in American History from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois. He has studied abroad at the University of Grenoble, completing a certificate in French language studies.
Ed is the Vice President of Business Development for Dynamic Campus in support of technology initiatives and services at colleges and universities throughout the United States. Services include, but are not limited to, solution acquisition, contract evaluation and negotiation, project assessment and project leadership, IT management services of people, networks, servers and desktops and technology solutions requiring custom programming.
Prior to Dynamic Campus, he was a National Sales Director for Campus Management Corporation in Boca Raton, Florida. Ed was charged with opening up the not-for-profit sector for Campus, a new market for them. He became their top producer in that market, overcoming the fact that the product was written for proprietary schools and that there was no track record for the company in that market. He was able to do this despite the fact that sales had, initially, no marketing support.
Rick Carnes has approximately thirty years of technical in-depth information technology related experience with more than twenty three years dedicated to the higher education marketplace. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Currently, Rick is a Vice President for Business Development at Dynamic Campus. He draws upon his extensive experience as both a purchaser of technology and one who has represented vendors who provide technology to the market. Rick has been instrumental in the selection and sales of hardware, administrative application solutions, library automation and e-learning technology. This unique hands-on experience provides clients with a genuine understanding of their needs, and the negotiation, acquisition, implementation and effective usage of technology.
Prior to joining Dynamic Campus, Rick was Senior Regional Director at CARS Information Systems and Account Executive at Campus America, Inc. (aka POISE). Both companies were acquired by Jenzabar, Inc. in the spring of 2000. During his seven years tenure at Campus America, he was continually the highest producer of new sales revenue. While at CARS, Rick successfully acquired some of the more highly visible clients including the largest sale in CARS corporate history. Previous to joining Campus America and CARS, for nine years he was the Director of Information Technology at the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mount St. Joe is a highly respected liberal arts institution enrolling just over 2,000 students. Rick served on the President’s Council and successfully led the College through two software purchases and implementations.
Jody Glubke has a diverse background in higher education and is currently the Business Development Director at Dynamic Campus. She holds a bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Southern California where she worked in the Alumni Relations and Development office while she was a student there.
Prior to Dynamic Campus, and because of her rich background in higher education student services, Jody was able to translate her skills into the technology arena of higher education when she took a position as an Account Executive for Jenzabar and then again for SCT (now Sungard) which began her career in the enterprise systems of higher education nearly 10 years ago.
Jody's experience in higher education includes the community college system where she was a Programs Coordinator and an Academic Advisor for Phoenix College in Arizona. She is also experienced in the propriety sector of education. She held the positions of Enrollment Counselor, Faculty Coordinator and recruiter for the University of Phoenix. Jody brings a strong understanding of the uniqueness of each college campus and a knowledge of the challenges facing campuses today.
Karen Heinemann has fifteen years of a diversified background in information technology with experience in management, strategic planning, project management, systems evaluation and implementation, hardware and software installation, internet applications, problem determination and resolution, and employee training. Karen is a graduate of The American University and holds a Master of Public Administration and received her BS in Public Administration and Political Science from Russell Sage College. Adding to her many credits, Ms. Heinemann has had an article published in the Autumn 1989 edition of the Public Budgeting and Finance Journal.
Karen serves as a Chief Information Officer with Dynamic Campus and provides senior-level profession leadership and management to the WILM Consortium in Wisconsin. WILM is a partnership of three technical colleges in Wisconsin that leverage vision, technology, and services through a shared delivery contract with Dynamic Campus.
Prior to Dynamic Campus, Karen was employed by Collegis, Inc. as a Vice President for Information Technology/Chief Information Officer for Hillsborough Community College. Her responsibilities included managing a $10M contract, strategic planning to support Hillsborough’s vision, and day-to-day support of the communications and infrastructure that connect 5 campuses and over 45,000 students.
Gretchen Holden Beers has over twenty years of broad-based information technology experience, specializing in system management, implementation, conversion, requirements analysis, integration, optimization, and software and database design and development, most recently for clients utilizing Datatel products. Gretchen holds a MS in Computer Science from the University of Idaho and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Idaho.
Gretchen is a Senior Applications Consultant with Dynamic Campus. Her focus is to assist institutions of higher education with the implementation, process re-engineering and deployment of administrative solutions leveraging her background and experience with the Datatel solutions and the supporting architecture. She brings an energetic and adaptable “outside-the-box” approach as a specialist analyzing complex and time-consuming management, operational and technical work processes; proposing long-term process improvements; and designing and delivering innovative, easy-to-use manual or automated database-driven solutions for the clients of Dynamic Campus Solutions.
Before joining Dynamic Campus, Gretchen worked at Brooklyn Law School managing the conversion of Datatel Colleague R13 to R17. She provided management over the Datatel IT staff activities, assisted in all day-to-day IT operations, training, and designing of reports and data integration solutions using the Datatel toolset. Gretchen developed and implemented custom laser check printing, scanlines on student statements, automated cash receipt processing, and a career services application including the associated on-line interactive web services.
Dan Bonine has over twenty years of information technology and management experience with roles as a CIO, Director of Applications, and Senior Consultant. He has an extensive management background in all facets of IT project management, IT functional management, needs analysis and implementation, and systems analysis of database application software and hardware requirements. He holds an MBA from William Woods University and a BS and BA in Computer Information and Math from Columbia College.
Dan is a Senior Applications Consultant with Dynamic Campus. He is responsible for the account management and service delivery for Dynamic Campus’ administrative systems clients. Dan provides hands-on consulting, management, leadership, and strategic and technology solutions for ERP systems leveraging best practices and industry standard solutions.
Prior to joining Dynamic Campus, Dan served as Director of Application Services for SunGard Higher Education (Collegis, Inc.). Responsibilities included management and oversight of a large team of project managers, functional consultants, programmers and database administrators supporting Datatel’s Colleague, SCT’s Banner and Peoplesoft products. Dan managed the creation of an implementation methodology that is used for all ERP implementations for Higher Education institutions, managed implementation budgets for multiple multi-million dollar implementations simultaneously, provided oversight for multiple implementation projects, and created an ERP system selection methodology to assist clients with an unbiased ERP selection process.
