Project Management

Dynamic Campus’ On-Demand Project Management Services is ready to help plan new information technology initiatives, build consensus on campus, schedule resources and equipment, and manage project budgets and contracting.

Dynamic Campus Project Managers provide implementation liaison between technical teams and client functional and technical management, ensuring that the institution's business needs and objectives are effectively integrated into the use and functionality of the project in question. If needed, On-Demand Project Managers will work with all parties in reviewing business processes to determine areas that would benefit from technology solutions.

Change is inevitable and new technology drives change. Managing change to ensure changes are approved by the appropriate authority, managed by a consistent process/procedure, communicated to appropriate constituents using the appropriate medium, and coordinating change amongst disparate teams across campus is a significant challenge for technology organizations.

All change isn’t created equally. Some changes require more indepth research, development, testing and implementation procedures while other change approval can be rubber-stamped. Defining the different types of change and what processes will be adhered to for the change is just one key aspect of project management. Overall, change involves people and process supported by technology.
